100 to 500-unit apartment communities throughout the United States with a focus on the Midwestern region of the United States, Southern region of the United States, Mountain States, Oklahoma, and Colorado. Prefer properties built prior to 2000 but will consider newer properties under the right circumstances.
Asset Age
Prefer properties built prior to 1990 but will consider newer properties under the right circumstances.
Deal Structure
Typically, all-cash transactions but will consider assumption of debt if appropriate yields can be achieved.
