The Ferndale Family of Companies has assembled a best-of-market experienced senior management team with exceptional individual and collective operational and financial track records. Based out of Boulder, Colorado, the executive team have all moved to the area from different geographic regions across the United States and collectively bring close to 100 years of multifamily and related experience to the company.
Much of our success as a company can be attributed to the responsiveness and accessibility of our professional on-site staff. Our caring approach is on display every day, whether it is quickly addressing maintenance issues that arise, showing an apartment to prospective residents during times that fit in well with their busy schedules (such as after work or on the weekend), or hosting events at each property such as resident barbecues, holiday parties, and open houses.
