Prefer properties built prior to 1980, but will consider newer properties under the right circumstances.
Deal Structure
Typically all-cash transactions, but will consider assumption of debt if LTV can exceed 75% and appropriate yields can be achieved.

Notification of our preliminary interest in a property is generally within a few days of receipt of the following information.

- Current Tax Bill (If Available)
- Marketing Materials (If Available)
- Market Information (If Available)
- Recent Appraisal (If Available)
- Results of Detailed Property Inspection (If Available)
- Summary Information On Existing Staff Responsibilities (If Available)
- Financing Terms (If Applicable)
